Soaks

I’ve been doing monthly soaks with my 6 month old leopard tortoise. Should they be more frequent? I’ve read some people do them weekly and I have no clue how often I should do them. My tortoise hates them and always tries to get out of the little tub I use. I would also like some advice on how to properly dry him/her since they’re so small. Thanks in advance!

Should be daily soaks

I soak babies daily. When they get to be about a year old, if I see them entering the waterer on their own I only soak them weekly.

Daily until at least a year old then do every other day for another year.
