Okay, so I have two complaints.
1. Hercules scratches his eyes and sneezes every time that I put him in his bath, is that normal?
2. He has been staying up later into the night and sleeping later into the morning, is it because of the season change?

Rubbing the eyes and sneezing is quite normal when putting tortoises in water.

Are your lights on a timer? Season change shouldn't affect the tortoise at all if the lights come on and go off at the same time each day.

.....and make sure the temperature of the water is NICE and warm. I found that initially I had the water @warm , but our Suller preferred it WARMER! So, experiment & measure the temps. Soon you will find the temp your sully prefers.

Good luck

No. Can you get timed lights?!

And I also have not gotten a night heater so it's always light in his terrarium. I'm going to guess that that is an issue.

Yes they sell timers you can set for your lights to come on and off. Your tortoise needs it dark at night. 12hrs of light in the day and 12hrs of darkness at night. You can get a ceramic heat emitter for the night. It doesn't put off any light.

My sully loves nice warm soaks. It gets all spread-eagle, raises it's head, and closes its eyes like it's in second heaven. lol
