Is my tortoise sick?

Hi guys,



I recently bought a leopard tortoise from my local pet-shop, I have done my research before buying it but I have had some questions.



When I look at it, it kinda looks sick, but since I have never had a tortoise before I was wondering if I am just being an idiot. See the attached images en video.

What's gives you the impression the tort is sick?

Here’s our care sheet, I don’t see anything wrong but if something is wrong that your doing, that may be the problem. Is she eating? Are you giving her soaks?

Just by the way it looks, it eats fine and I think it drinks? (Sometimes I see air bubbles when I soak him)

It does sleep quite a lot, but I read online it's normal for them to sleep for 20+ hours?

See my reply to Randy, it does eat, and I am giving daily soaks for about 30-40 mins. I checked the thread and I do see the enclosure has to be really humid. But that's contradictory what I read online (I will reply to the thread, Tom probably has a really good explanation).
