Well it unfortunatley is time for me to part ways with my beloved Bubbaloo. My job currently takes up to much time for me to give to his attention plus I am relocating and have no more room for him. He is 6 years old 11' SCL and comes with everything needed. I hate to give him up but I WILL NOT SELL him just want him to have a good home.

So if there is someone that is experienced with tortoises let alone this species and lives in the chicago land area please contact me. I need to find a GOOD home for him soon. Please dont reticule me just help please.
If anyone on this forum know of someone or orginization please let me know. I have contacted the Chicago Hertalogical Society as well.

thankyou

I know someone on the forum who might be interested and would be a great match. I'll drop him a PM and tell him to get a hold of you.

It's me. I have a group of 3 - 5 year olds. Unfortunately I can't add another for about another month or so. This one's gonna haunt me!! I've read some of your threads/posts awhile back and know that you take very good care of him.

Note that the care and environment of of these guys differ greatly from a Sulcatta. If you already know that, sorry for offending you.

I'm guessing it would be hard to ship an 11" one. The average styroam box would'nt last long even if you put him in a big canvas bag. Maybe a wood crate and ship Delta. That way it would only take a couple hours to arrive and it would likely be cheaper than UPS with a wood box.

harris was not intending to be impolite in any way. He simply knew that Missy had experience caring for Sulcatas, but that Manouria are more of a specialized tortoise that require a very different environment and care.
