Im a long time tort keeper up here in the great white north....
I dont come across too many local veterans so Im curious how many might be on here this side of the boarder?
I always see the posts about how expensive $250 is for a cherryhead and I shake my head at the last $800 purchase for a lesser grade half breed but I know how rare they are up here.... Must be a few more like me Eh? LOL

Hustler I've been trying to get a hold of you and yes it's funny when 250 is too much no offense anyone but it triples here

In Toronto Canada here, with two Cherry heads. I had two red foots about 15 years ago, but had to give them up when I went away to school. It is quite a challenge for these guys up here in the north, with our cold days and low humidy. So jealous of the people who live in a tortoise friendly climate!

We should pool our resources to discuss the best setups, and where to get the best source of food, and supplies in the cold north.

It's not bad housing torts here if you have a lot of extra space I've got 4 torts 2 cherrys and 2 normal 3 of them live together and the little guy lives an a tank since there's no snow here this year you could go get some grass from outside to feed or just go to the store and get some food how old are your torts and please up load pictures
