yeah he was real heavy, I thought it was a very large fish. I used a fishing line and a hook but don't worry he was ok
I always fear catching a turtle when I am fishing. I fear the hook will be impossible to get out and they won't survive the ordeal. Glad to know he was okay.

"He" is a she. Males are considerably smaller.
Very nice size..
Nice big girl. I'm not sure that I would hold her quite that close to my face, though.
