about how long does it takes for the yolk sac to be completely absorbed?

Varies of course according to the size it is. It also seems to vary from tortoise to tortoise. Some of them can take 5 days, some of them can take 2 days. The huge yolk sacs typically lean towards 5-6 days. The size of the one in the picture is usually gone in 24 hours.
