I can’t think of anything that would scrape him in that particular way. He’s a 2 year old Hermann and I currently keep him in a 115 x 49cm vivarium however I will be upgrading very soon to hopefully a 180 x 65cm table.

Also what is your opinion on multiple levels on an enclosure? Like if I put one on top of the other and built a ramp so he has double the floor space.

I try to soak him once a week but it’s usually not for long because he really hated being in water. I thought it was staining but I don’t think it is.

Yeah his enclosure is big enough and I spend most of my money on enrichment things for him and when it’s warm enough he spends the day outside.

He does have a slate which he walks on but I don’t notice his nails ever being filed naturally. Do you think he needs to get them cut or is he okay?
