Iv got her on a table in my living room, with a 5uvb light and temp set at 85 but we are having a bit of a delayed spring time and outside temps are lower than usual so I'm wondering if maybe I should try her in a viv I have?

Hey guys just a quick question Iv got a Russian she's just under a year I'm just wondering how active she should be? She's always curled up in a corner of her table asleep she comes out for maybe half an hour a day to look for food then straight back in and sleeps is this normal?

Stuck the 100w bulb in and it's much better the whole enclosure feels a little warmer and the basking area is now up to temp, took your advice with the desk lamp too, looks a lot better

Well I'm starting to think the guy in the reptile shop near us really does not have a clue, if a carrot has too much sugar then surely an apple will too and he's advised us to feed her both, she's been on a mix of rocket, water cress, carrot and the occasional bit of apple too..............

Yeah I never thought of the tile upside down, I'v only got a 60w bulb in at the minute and it's getting the temp to about 82 I'm gonna go get a 100w tomoro but il try the tile also, yeah she moved in this morning she's had a good explore I think she will enjoy her new home
