    Ditch that red lamp! Its bad for them. I use a che bulb of night and flood bulb for day..both if its too cold since its a small house, probably 100 watt che and maybe 125 incandescent flood bulb. I use with cheap brooder lamps from tractor supply

    The white is urates from pee. Not poop. But yes that looks very dry. Probably dehydrated. I would soak twice a day

    If she still isn't eating try green baby good or carrot baby food mixed with a little warm water in a dropper. I have to do this for Bonnie everyday
