The people I gave turbo to had a 120 pound Sulcata that they rescued from a fire. He has no claws in any of his feet. So sad.

I don't know if that is a bad life for a tortoise or not. I think it would be better then him living in my deck. This is a very hard decision for me to give him up in the first place. Just asking for opinions.

The coolest I have ever left mine out is 55 degrees and I still made sure there was lots of hay and I covered his den with a blanket.

How old do they need to be to know for sure? A zoo/rescue would take it if is a girl. Turbo is about 5 years old now.
