    Chery, where do you get a spiderplant???Would the regular nursery have them?? ALso do you put it in a pot in the enclosure, because I can't just plant it in the dirt and then water it??

    Hi guys, so I had a Tortoise table made for my Russian....I attached a few pics. It has a house with a ramp which is awesome....It is 2 feet (24in) wide by 4.5 feet (52 in) long. I put hay in the house since Willie loves to hide in it .....My bedding is a mixture of play-sand and forest bedding...

    guys, I am only using a little bit of reptile carpet underneath a ramp (to make cleaning easier), 70 % of the enclosure is a mixture of forest bedding and play-sand and he also has hay in his house....no worrys

    Thanks Yvonne, I had not even thought about water-proof paint. I am currently having an enclosure built, it will be ready for pick-up tomorrow. I will post pics here when I get him settled. Sooo excited!!! Willie can get out of his blue wading pool into a bigger place with a 2nd story !! LOL

    For those of you that have a wooden enclosure, what do you use to put on the bottom before you put the mulch on top, so that no wetness seaks in??? Reptile carpet or a plastic tarp?:tort:

    I do not know the dimensions of the one in the picture shown, but mine is going to be the following: 2 feet (24 inches) WIDE 4 1/2 feet (54 inches) LONG 10 inches HIGH that just works best for the space I have.

    Thanks for all the replies guys....The person who will make it for me won't get to it for another couple of weeks. Once I have it I will make plenty of pics to share here....He will charge me $150 US for it!!! Which I think is very reasonable..... I don't have a UVB bulb, just a UVB light...

    oh shoot, I wasn't even thinking about the exhaust....we have a 3 car garage, but keep 2 cars parked in there. But I have been keeping the smaller garage door cracked open ca 5 feet when WIllie has been in there in his habitat, for fresh air and natural light....

    Hey guys, QUESTION -- could I leave my indoor habitat in the garage for the spring/summer season??? I live in Washington State and during the nice month of the year I like to bring him outside during the day and it is easier for me when his indoor enclosure is in the garage?????
