He was being kept outside until it got to around 60 and I immediately brought him in. He was doing great until yesterday afternoon.

Sadly, he didn’t make it more than an hour after my post. I’m sad he didn’t make it past 2 1/2 years old but I gave him a proper burial in his favorite spot in my garden. I’m still unsure what caused him to develop pneumonia soo fast but I hope this doesn’t happen to my younger tortoise.

The other day I brought him inside because he would never come out of the back corner and I wanted him to eat so I put him in his old tank for a day and he seemed normal. Now I know why so thanks!

Yes, she has been eating pellets which I’ve been giving her but she never touches her lettuce

I got the tort from a reptile convention near me. She was in a container that had styrofoam but it could have been just for show at the convention.
