I have just completed my outdoor enclosure for my Russians. It is 4’x10’ but doesn’t have any shade. I have planted it with several bushy plants. If I dig my hide boxes into the ground a bit and cover with soil and rocks, will it be cool enough for them in the mid day sun? I’m in Tampa Florida.

I am in central Florida and am possibly interested. I have a large sulcata and a Russian. Both have outdoor enclosures (separately of course).
