The sulcata will most likely not welcome another animal in its space. Especially one that eats the same things. I see competition. I’d say just make a separation in the enclosures.
Good on you for reaching out to the organizers. Maybe your experience will help others. Apparently there are no authorities or programs in place to stop the average person from breeding and selling sick animals.

Howdy!!! Hatchling set up sounds good, pics help! Gonna tag a UK member for ya. I have a 50 pound sulcata, she is outdoors all year because she’s an adult, I live in a warm climate, and she has a heated shed.
