I am curious for the future when I keep my girl outside full time. I live in Arizona and it gets quite hot here so when she’s older will she be able to be kept outside full time? I know there’s way to make underground hides that keep cooler but I don’t want her to burn up.

I’ve noticed it and I’ve been reading up on that, and I’ve been giving her baths (she loves to poop in them haha) and I made her a humid hide. Thank you very much for your advice. I’m really happy I joined this forum so I can learn how to better care for her.

I’ve been looking for cheeper options of substrate for my sulcata tortoise. And I’ve noticed people have been using orchid bark but I have no idea where to get that. So if anyone could help that would be amazing, thank you:)
