Update: I added more substrate and added a lot of moisture to it, then lowered the lamp a little which seemed to help her wake up, she is now walking around at least but she is still not eating. Can anyone please offer some insight?

This is not a sulcata or a leopard. I realize there may be some similarities to their care but they are from different parts of the world and I would rather not base information off of care sheets/info for a different species. The care sheet on this forum also suggests 60-80% for babies, so yes...
