    Help growing tortoise supply mix

Thanks for the reply! I live in Ohio and it's been in the between 75-95 most of the summer but it is usually a higher humidity here, so I'm not sure how that affects the growth of the seeds. I will have to watch some gardening videos for advice on that. Is it okay to take small clippings from...

    Help growing tortoise supply mix

With the risk of sounding a bit stupid, how many seeds would you consider lightly planted? I have a huge bag from the website and my mom told me you usually only need a few seeds to plant a row of flowers. I wasn't sure if the weeds need to be planted a little bit more densely? Not sure if you...

    Help growing tortoise supply mix

Thanks, I would love an update! I don't feel planting inside my Russian tortoise's enclosure would work well, she is extremely active and tends to move everything in her enclosure around. So I don't think the seeds would stay rooted long enough to grow. Hopefully, the planters will work out...

    Help growing tortoise supply mix

I finally received my testudo seed mix from tortoise supply, but need some advice on how to grow it. I was going to buy a planter to grow the seeds in since my neighbor up the hill treats her lawn with chemicals and I can't plant in my yard for that reason. From videos I've watched, it looks...

    Plant ID and replanting help

Sorry for never replying, I've been a bit busy. Thank you for the pictures! Part of my issue is that I do not have an outdoor enclosure in which I can replant these weeds- I was going to replant them in some planters. Not sure how well the weeds will grow if I do use pots/planters. Thanks again...

Aw thats sweet. Also I'm sorry to keep asking questions but just to clarify this is what the leafs look like on the onions, correct? There were a lot of plants growing pretty densely in that area so i want to double check before feeding any.

    Plant ID and replanting help

Wow, thanks for your help! When you say that the wild grapes are safe does that mean I can feed just the leaves or can I put the vine part in with her as well as long as there are not grapes attached? Also, in response to the picture you circled- I will go check if it is a different plant and...

    Plant ID and replanting help

Thank you for your reply, I am just a bit dubious about feeding a mix when I do not know exactly what plants are in it. I do have a mediterranean tortoise so that seed mix should work I guess. Thank you so much for the suggestion! In the meantime, if anyone has any idea what these plants are I...

I am not sure if there are any good ways to replant weeds so that they survive and continue to grow. I also need help identifying these weeds that I am hoping to replant (The second and...
