This is Bruce and it this is the second time he has been on the run this year. You wouldn't BELIEVE the way he escaped his enclosure the first time...truly a little Houdini. I do not personally know Bruce, but I am acquainted with his owner and just want to help spread the message any way I can.

It's a wonderful hobby! It is teaching me a lot about patience. I wasn't getting the results I wanted after 4 weeks so I have been running it for about 6...some people run it for 16+ weeks but I just can't handle that much waiting!

This past year I was gifted a rock tumbler. It didn't take long for the obsession to take hold! I live in WA state and am very fortunate to be relatively close to tons of amazing dig sites. Always looking to talk rocks! Here are some of my favorite finds from this year.
