Every 4-6 months I refresh his enclosure. I move his plants and rocks around to give him some new landscaping to explore.. He seems to absolutely love this and will spend the next week or so exploring his new space… I caught him using his rock as a pillow this morning and it was adorable!!!
Any time I spray MILES enclosure with water he climbs into his water dish and does this… What is he doing? It’s hilarious to watch but why is he doing it??? He does this both in his enclosure and when outside in his water dish..(Warning.. sound attached and kinda loud)
I can’t believe he is already two! Working on his portable outdoor enclosure today.. PS… I love how bonded my cat is to him! They snuggle whenever they are together!
So MILES is 17 months old and I’m curious what everyone thinks (he) is… I am aware you can’t “officially” tell until he is a few years older but what are your guesses?
I have a paint tray I use as one of my water sources for my tortoise. I have a fish filter in it to circulate the water but it doesn’t filter the poop out well. Taking out the tray is a hassle. Does anyone have ideas how to better rig it?
So miles is 13 months old. He has some indentation at the front and back of his shell from birth but I notice slight pyramids on his spinal schutes.. he is in an closed chamber since 1 month old wi the humidity at 70-85 recently dropping to 60-70 normal temps
Almost 10 months old and weighs 174g!
Is this a good weight for his age? He has a proper setup and eats a variety of weeds/store bough greens and @Kapidolo Farms
