I'm looking for a Russian tortoise however I can't find any good places to buy one does anyone know a good place that sells captive bread Russian tortoises.
I'm planning on getting a pet Russian Tortoise however I can't find if it's legal to keep as a pet in California I can't find anything saying it's legal Please Help
