Oh, sorry for the late reply but as how much they cost in the Netherlands varies. There are no fixed prices. There are some who sell it for 500 and those who sell it 1000+. At this moment I see some selling it for 500-ish. But from my observation of the prices, it's around 700+.

No, like I said, it's still a baby tortoise so it's in my room now. And I always have a bug repellent scent thing through the night in the spring/summer to keep away the mosquitos. So I am just asking if bug repellent is harmful and if yes then is there any safe bug repellents that exist?
