Yes, and they bite in and around your cuticle area-at least my little psycho does. I've had her for 4 years and I work with her! She still will not be nice! She even killed her roommate parakeet a couple years back. I found out they are not to be housed together, but rather in individual cages...

Good to know..It IS really stemmy! I have been cutting it with scissors and wetting it to help enable him to eat it. I also have some pellets that have hay and grass ground up in them, so I crush n wet those as well with some dried hibiscus petals here and there.

I think all of the tortoises are beauties, I love the funny expression on their faces, and the feelings that show in their eyes! Though they all resemble the next one, they all have their own unique features that shows the true personality..they remind me of dinosaurs ?
