My tortoise sleeps a lot and today he hasn’t woken up or eaten anything… is it safe for me to wake him and bathe him and give him food? Or should I let him wake up on his own? Sometimes he can go 2 days without waking up or food or a drink.

Hi, I have just bought a new tortoise enclosure and need a light which won’t cause any possible damage to his eyes. (They are very swollen already). I am currently looking at the mercury vapour all in 1 light. Is this safe? And do I need any other light in his house? Thank you!!
