Here's an update for everyone who has helped make sure my new friend is happy and healthy.
I did what I could with the stuff I have at the moment and the little bit of spending money I've got. I plan to change and upgrade his setup with future paychecks.
I really appreciate the help. I'm looking at buying a tank that opens up from the front. I am not sure how I'm supposed to set up the heater and I can't find a water dish that would be safe for my turtle to use. The ones in my local pet stores dont have sloped sides so I'm worried about him...
One of my roomates has recently moved out and left their turtle behind so I've been trying to figure out how to properly take care of it. I think it's a three toed box turtle but I'm not sure.
