Well, my tortoise got his burrow built by my husband. And he just wants to hang out in our covered patio under the chairs. It is cool on the concrete there. Apparently he doesn’t care for his burrow at the moment. We’ve taken him over to it and he walks in and back up and out in no time.

We have our entire yard fenced with block wall. This one gate is the only possible way out. I’ve debated solutions and wasn’t sure what makes most sense. What are others doing?

Thank you! I found found some clover growing randomly in places that my tortoise won’t be. So I transplanted it to the side of the yard where we will be keeping ours! Hoping it makes it 🙏🏻
Googles very helpful, I’m just asking because there’s so much as you’ve said, I needed to narrow it down. Id like to plant things tortoise can graze on freely besides grass. Things that will continue to regrow rapidly so he has a supply ready most always of soemthing.
