Well i don't know, that slime has been growing in the tank before i got the half log. And I think it could be used in water because it has holes drilled in it and those usually let the log absorb water.

So today while looking at Turtleloo's tank, I noticed there was a clear slime on his half log. This grows every where when i leave it there. It has clogged the impeler on my filter 2 times before. It gets annoying because it smells terrible and caused me to leve a bare tank with only the filter...

No it doesnt sit by sunlight. It takes like 2.5 to 4 weeks to show up. Idk its still a baby

Ever since my RES tank cycled the good bacteria has taken over my tank. The plants, basking dock, filter, and everything else has become covered with it. My filter has become clogged because of it and btw the bacteria looks like a clear slime. If some one can help me to get out the excess ill...

I found more info on it the filter it comes with is the Exo Terra F250 its 66 gallons per hour is it good enough for the tank

I've had my eye on a Exo-Terra Small Turtle Cliff. Its a filter and a basking dock. I just wanna know if it'll keep the water in my 10 gallon tank clean? It's filled up only 3/4 and there's a baby RES

M baby RES has this when ever he basks. His shell is a little soft. Could it be shell rot or any other disease.
