Lily has grown from 463 grams to 480 in the space of a few days, she is 3 years old and has only been eating dandelion leaves. This seems like an excessive growth spurt but have you seen this in your stars?

Do Indian star tortoises stick to their owners?
Mine is really active. she falls asleep next to me if i put her down and i've trainmed her to run to my fingers when i tap them. :D

That was today, I was feeding her pellets with my finger and it's the same colour as it so she gets confused and eats me :D

Just a update on Lily. She is 18 months old, everyone loves her. She goes to sleep on my chest. She comes to me when I tap the floor. So cute <3

Never because it has no nutritional value. Stars need loads of calcium.

NEVER give a tortoise lettuce, I always keep a dandelion lion leaf in water during the day so she can nibble on it whenever she want ;)
