I have a Zoo Med 100w CHE that I got when adopting some EBTs. Would it be ok to use this in a Flukers brand clamp dome (10 1/2") rated for up to 250w incadescent and CHE bulbs? This is all the pet store has available and I'm trying to raise temps for sick EBTs. I have never used heat/light...

UPDATE: I stopped the ointment after 2nd treatment as it was looking much better and I figured it needed to breathe. Unfortunately, the swollen eye has gotten worse and he was soaking almost all of yesterday. I removed him b/c the temperatures were dropping and thought he was blowing bubbles...

UPDATE: After applying the antiobiotic ointment, the wound is looking much better. Yesterday, on second application, there was a little tiny whitish/light yellow plug or possible hardened, old puss that I removed. Today, on third application, it's looking much, much better.
