We have had her/him for over a year now. The vet we take our dogs to is a husband and wife vet team She is dogs/cats he is reptile/avian. He has sulcatas. We are going to call them first thing Monday morning.

At the moment the umbrella and his, I like to call it, bedroom are his only shade. I'm working on more. As soon as I get the fence finished I'm going to make a shade corner where he tends to spend a lot of his time.

Upon soaking yertle today my wife noticed that on her left side between her front and back legs her shell looks to be separating. The right side her carapace and plastron are connected but on the left side it does not seem to be. Should we take her to the vet? Here are a few pics
