I have had my Russian tortoise for a little over a year. A couple of times I have caught him eating his poo. It's really gross and I wanted to make sure that this wasn't the effect of anything I did. Should I be doing something different? Thanks!

Ha ha! That's adorable! [hr] Hi Xander, I really ever see my Russian tortoise drink out of his water dish. I would try soaking him more often. Or making sure he can get to his water dish easily.

I feed mine spring mix and romaine. I give him butternut squash as a treat, graded in a cheese grader.

My Russian tortoise does that also. I Don't think it's anything to worry about:)
