Had to block my Shredder in his humid hide at night per Toms suggestion. But just look at that face peeking out making me feel guilty. He loves his hide now but still block him in as his heating pad is under there and dont want him to get chilly. I just adore this little sully.
I love that Shredder has settled in well. He is very smart it seems. After him not sleeping in his humid hide i had to "lock" him in for a couple nights. Now he goes to bed on his own before his lights even go out. He even soaks in his water dish now. I have heard him squeek one time and the...
Thank you Aunt Caffy. He was started dry by the pet store so i am working hard to get him to where he needs to be. He even squeeked at me for the first time last night while i was petting his head.
My aunt just sent me a beautiful prickly pear cactus with roots and a cutting from Arizona. I live in Ohio. Can someone please give me feeding pointers? I have a small sulcata. 4.15oz small. Any advice on how to feed to my sully and care for this cactus would be greatly appreciated.

I put some damp spangum moss near his basking lamp and near humid hide to help keep humidity up and he is eating it. Is this ok? Hes just a little guy.
I have done over Shredders tank again! ☺ While i can keep the humidity and temp perfect on the cool side (80%+ and 80 degrees) I cannot keep humidity above 55-60% under the basking light. I know because the lamp is hot it will dry out faster. Is it ok? I also have a heating pad on a...
