so i have this plant growing in my yard. I really like it. it is not tort safe i know. it produces a latex-like compound when cut.
my wife's grandmother got it several years back from a certain state that she probably shouldn't of taken it from. said state is the only state that is truely...
i'll stop feeding it then.[hr]
should i do anything other than that? the torts seem fine. no health issues or anything. eat poop and everything normal.
Anyone know the species of the Kalanchoe below? And is it safe for desert torts? I have been feeding it to my leopard and sulcata for a while now and have not noticed an ill effects. They also eat it up with no issues and seem to like it.
the species name isn't red milk snake. the common name is. that common name can be used to describe every milk snake species on the market.
good luck with your search. thats going to be a hard one to find.
i was worried that i was going to miss this thread so i decided to start it! lol!!
here is what i have. it is oputina; not sure of the species. a little different than most ive seen. the pads are long and skinny. this is one of 5 plants i have growing. i have several pads with roots growing...
going to need more information. a species name or something. there are many of them common in the pet trade that are from the midwest.
even a picture would help.
