    Mosquitoes bothering my Torts

    Hi everyone.... I have a problem with Mosquitoes.... but not in the water. They are bothering my Torts. They hang around their faces and clearly are annoying. Any suggestions on how I can stop this? Something I can dab on the tort to deter them that is safe? They are in large outdoor enclosures.
