    My little baby horsefield is doing well. This is my first baby tortoise only 9 days old didn't start eating until 8 days old I was a bit worried but can relax now the first feed was dandelion leafs. Here are some photos for you to look at.

    Advice please How old do eggs have to be before you can tell if they are fertile by holding a light to them. Mine are now a couple of weeks old and just look like a cream color. I thought if fertile they might be veiny by now ?. My eggs are horsefield Thanks
