St augustine grass is very thick looking so when he stands on his legs he goes down deeper than what it would look. I very rarely see him stand on his back legs with his front legs on the wood trying to peak over. Just to be safe I think I'm going to be adding another layer in the coming weeks.
Yeah he was, he likes to lay in one spot and flap his legs around like he's swimming or something yet he doesn't go anywhere. I'm guessing he likes to see the warm water move around him.
Yep that's his enclosure. I'm just gonna slowly expand it as he grows till it takes up almost the whole backyard. What I have mapped out when he's fully grown comes to 4900 sqft.
Just added a extension to my outdoor enclosure for my sully sheldon. Right now he's around 8 inches and I figured he was due for a upgrade. The enclosure is around 900 sqft now. Which hopefully will last him a couple of years.
Thanks @Pearly, that's great you have the ability to save that Lil RF's life. I agree nutrition is so important. Animals aren't going to trhive on cookie cutter diets. They need a range of different nutritional needs.
