I have seen my mud turtles breeding recently and I just wanted to know, how can I tell if my mud turtles are pregnant?

Can someone identify what breed of turtle/tortoise this is? My neighbor brought it to me and I don’t want to put it in my aquarium incase it is a tortoise. From internet pictures I want to say it is a eastern box turtle but it’s shell does not looks exactly the same.

So today I looked at my mud turtles tails and seen what looked to maybe be it’s genitalia that happened to appear. Not sure if it’s male or female parts but hopefully someone can help me find out. The mud turtle above has a much wider and longer tail than my other mud turtle shown below.

So I have had a problem with brown algae in my tank lately so I bought a Pleco today to take care of it, and I just wanted to know if my mud turtle would attempt to eat it if it happened to be laying still against a rock or the glass inside my of tank while it is feeding?

I've seen hard water spots in the outside but the spots in the picture are on the inside, I even wiped some off with my finger so I don't think it's hard water spots

The fish is no longer present inside the tank so I'm sure the turtle did it and eventually ate her

They are all cherry barbs but I think it was the turtle because the fish is no longer in the tank so I'm guessing he ate her

So I came home today to discover that my fish's tail was bitten off, don't know if it was another fish that did it or my turtle but she has scratches on her body as well, will she be alright or is she in bad shape ?
