I have just spotted my Hermann LuLu eating cat poo, same all dried up, but yuk ?? why would they eat poo ? is there something missing from their diet for them to taking to eating poo ??

Thanks for your comments. She feels a good weight, not like a feather, so I think she is OK, her eyes are bright and clean ! She basks in the sun and dappled shade and then she scoots of to hide under some vegetation :) I dont want to do anything to stress her, but of course I dont want to let...

If they are true ferels, training will be hard as they are used to pooping etc outside, they will probably not like the feel of cat litter on their paws. But in time with love and patience they will get the hang of it :) A vets visit is the best to address all the issues of worms & fleas...

It became illegal in the UK around 2007 - BUT some breeds are exempt, some working ones I think but the breeder cant do the docking it must be done & registered by the vet. I do know it is still practised and there clubs that agree with docking are campaigning to bring it back, there has also...

I dont have a basking light, well I do its that big hot thing in the sky :p we live in Spain and she lives in my garden, theres a varirty of direct sunlight, dappled sunlight, shade and total shade.

is it best that they are flatish so she can clamber easy over them, Im worried tho if she falls backwards and cant 'right' herself ?
