EMERGENCY: My indian star tortoise around 2-3 yrs is rubbing his butt on the floor and other surfaces continuously and now its even swollen....wht should i do...he started it right after pooping he is not stopping..i noticed 2 -3 drops of liquid also from his butt

no raddish,only leaves and gudhal flowers and leaves, also shehtoot leaves are good,dhaniya,bhindi etc....check the tortoise table website or download the app from google play.
