I've been trying to distinguish male and female leopards by shell shape and...color...so I'ma stick my neck out there and say this one is probably male. How about a plastron shot?

That's interesting, Neal. A couple years ago I took in two male leopards and they were more elongated than round. I wonder if that's the male trait you were looking at? Sorry for the hi-jack, JD. To keep me honest, I'll have to admit that's probably one of the prettiest leopards I've seen in a long time.

I'm going the other way and thinking female( although Leo's arnt my tise') ...... here is a shot...

Lol, I think my theory just went out the window.

Yeah, probably female. Could still go either way I guess, but more likely a female.

Such a beauty!!! This is 1 of those I will even have to show the wife and my 10 yearold daughter just so they can go "ohh and ahh" like I do! :)
