11 Month Sulcata Tort Too small ? ( Blaze)

I have an 11 Month old Tortoise. Who is bigger than he was when I got him as a hatchling. I’ve done research on yearlings and they just look so big compared to my dude. Am I doing something wrong ? Is there a reason why he isn’t that big yet ? Or do they grow at their own rate ? Just nervous. I love my dude and I want to make sure he’s okay.

You should weigh him but he look like he doesn’t have much growth rings for a 11 months old, almost like a hatchling. I just saw (If real) that you are born 1996 april 8th, im 1996 april 9th!

He does seem awfully small for a year of age. Are you following all the directions of our care sheet for sulcatas?
