I really would like suggestions for 1 big fish I can put in my newly cycled 75 gallon tank. I want him to be pretty aggressive and have a personality. I was thinking a peacock bass or wolf cichlid but they might get too big?

Definitely find the KING of all the aggressive Cichlids...
A FLOWERHORN
I've kept many. They can be fantastically colorful, smart and downright ferocious.
They are also hybrids. And some purists frown on them.
But they are wonderful and interesting fishes.
At one point. A really nice one was between $500 and $5,000.
But they're cheaper and more common now with some spectacular color morphs.
You'll want a bare glass tank. No gravel. Maybe a large flower pot to swim in to. But no other animals or fishes in the tank.
You'll also need good filtration and slightly alkaline water kept at about 80 degrees to 84.

I was also thinking flowerhorn. So I think I will go with that. Thanks!

I always enjoyed the time spent with my oscar. He was a very interactive fish, and would even jump out of the tank if I ignored him.
