8 week old Hermann with weak leg?

I have an 8 week old Hermann's Tortoise and I am concerned about his front legs. When do tortoises start to stand 'straight'? His front legs still seem a little weak... like they can't hold him up. He lives indoors but goes outdoors twice a week so he has a variety of substrate he walks on. He is very active and climbs rocks and in and out of his bowls and tries to climb up his half log. Am I overly concerned?

welcome to the forum! maybe post some pics of what you are concerned with. also tell us about the care you are providing him. example: diet, lighting humidity.

He eats mazuri crumbled on weeds from my backyard as well as some organic flowers(roses/hibiscus) and herbs from a market near my house. He eats some supermarket greens such as kale, tops of carrots etc. I live in florida so I have access to weeds pretty much all year. He has a reptisun UVB and a basking spot of between 93-95F. His humidity is 70-80% depending on how recently I've sprayed it down.
