About food

Hi everyone,
I have a female star tortoise. She is somewhat 1 and 1/2 yrs old. I live in Nagpur.
I had a query. She only eats cucumber and lady finger. She is fond of lady finger. When given any other vegetable like cabbage or carrot, she doesn't eat.
What to do to make her eat all kinds of vegetables..

Hi, and welcome to the Forum!

Try to find leafy greens to feed the tortoise. Does your market sell the salads in a bag? Most of those would be ok to feed.

Yup.. but I have a small garden at my home itself.. I tried giving her.. she eats only on first day and afterwards she doesn't. so I not getting what to do. I saw many videos on YouTube; in those videos all tortoise were eating cabbage but my tortoise doesn't like cabbage

You might try chopping up some leafy greens, then chopping up the cucumber and mixing them together. If you chop them both pretty small the greens should stick to the cucumber pretty well. That way if she wants her tasty cucumber, she'll gets greens along with it!
