I have been going over 1,000 options for installing some To-be-determined type of water feature in the yard. We also have trees, a whole lot of 'em and don't you know, they all have leaves and sap and other things that fall into ponds.

This brings up a whole new option...Y, that looks elegant....something really nice. I like that!
There's a piece of pond netting rolled up resting on the back lip that I unroll over the water to catch the leaves when they start to drop.

The shade cloth had a framework of pvc pipes.
The entire thing was light enough to remove. Tip over and replace if leaves got on it
