Your baby is undersize for its age due to the incorrect start it had before you got it, but you are past the "danger zone" point of 50 grams. As long as nothing terrible happens, your baby should live and grow up to be a giant.
My enclosure is around 99% humidity. Is that too much??

I have a digital hygrometer in the front/middle. On the substrate
Set it in a few different areas for an hour at a time, and see how it changes. It will always be high when resting on damp substrate. Try setting it on top of the hide.
