I just got my new hatchling days ago. It's active and likes climbing. It's normal for him to stand up like the attached photo?

Not sure if it's normal but it is dangerous. Tortoises can die if they flip on their back and can't right themselves.
In the wild on shows that I have seen , the adult Aldabras will climb. However, a few have also died doing that as they fall between rocks and get stuck.
I would remove the rocks or block them so he can't do that.

She's been the new home for days. Will she keep doing this after getting used to the enclosure?

What type of enclosure?
What size enclosure?
What are your temperatures day and night?
Humidity?
Basking bulb?
What type of UV bulbs?
Is that coco chip substrate? And a reptile mat?
Are you running a fogger in the enclosure?

Let's see if we can figure out what is wrong.

The enclosure is 40”X30”, wooden
Day temp is 82F with 92F in basking area
Night temp is 75F to 80F
Humidity is 70% to 90%

Yes, I used coco chip and a coco mat at the time of the post. Later I added a layer of ZooMed forest bedding. Seems the hatchling is much more comfortable with it.

Yes, a fogger is running.

Seems the bedding is the cause. It sleeps like this. I supposed the forest bedding doesn’t bother him from breathing during sleeping
