We adopted this little Red Foot 2 months ago and he has been nothing but sweet. He loves being fed by hand and is incredibly chatty. Our herp vet says he is perfectly healthy and just happens to oddly make sounds like a tree frog (little “armp” sounds, for anyone familiar).
He loves his daily baths and scratches on his upper and lower neck, and would devour an entire farm of collard greens and hibiscus leaves if I didn’t stop him, while munching every mealworm along the way.
He is literally asleep on my chest currently (with one of his towels between us in case he pees, lol). I’ve been lurking on this website everyday even before getting Alfredo, and I wanted to thank you all for providing such great insight on RFTs
(the photo was taken in his temporary housing in a small 2x3ft tub when we first took him home)
