Is this aloe okay to feed to my sulcatas?

YES, more than okay, it's a good diet item choice. I use the same brand (I can see the label). I wash with a mild soap, and rinse well, it stores in the frig for about a week with no change in palatability of quality. It is good.

Too bad they wouldn't touch it by itself. Had to purée it up with cactus and pumpkin :)

I mix small piece in with the overall diet. I also use pure organic aloe juice to moisten zoomed pellets. Some people report their tortoises get runs, wet poorly formed feces, with feeding aloe. The overall diet I use has lots of chopped fresh or wetted dry chopped grass, I have not experienced the loose feces issue.
