Anyone in the North Dakota Area?

I THINK Harvey needs his nails trimmed but i don't want to do it, I'm afraid to hurt him. Anyone in the South Eastern region of North Dakota that would be willing to trim him?
Someone with decent experience.
I asked my last vet about it and he said he didn't need it done, at all. So idk.
